Preston: Filming was mostly done in this quaint town near the Utah border. While in Preston, make sure to check out the International Bed Races. It is held every year in conjunction with the Festival of Lights over Thanksgiving weekend. Also, the summer of 2005 marked the first annual Napoleon Dynamite Festival. It featured such events as Napoleon look-a-like, tater tot eating, and dance competitions.
